Be Well Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy works by making the mind more open to positive suggestions, helping to change negative thought patterns or behaviours. You remain in control and aware as an active participant, working with me and not as a passive subject. While in a trance, you can always choose to leave the subconscious any time.
Hypnotherapy is highly individual. It accesses the subconscious mind to identify the main issue and help pinpoint any additional areas that may be troubling you. Everything you have learned in life is stored in your subconscious, so entering a relaxed state allows negativity to be altered by positive suggestion and reinforces motivation and action. Hypnosis is a legitimate, evidence tracked therapy that can provide significant benefits.
Before we start, I will guide you through the process and how you should expect to feel during hypnosis. Being hypnotized typically feels like a state of deep relaxation, similar to daydreaming, meditation, or falling asleep but remaining aware. Common sensations include feeling a sense of calm, a heavy or light floating feeling, and a distorted sense of time. It is not like being unconscious, as one remains aware of their surroundings, even if external distractions seem less important.
Hypnotherapy can be a valuable for those seeking to make positive changes in their lives and promotes healing and personal growth.
